How long does it take to process my order?
We typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Each plant
is inspected, wrapped, and packed for a safe trip.
Do you ship year‑round?
Yes — but we adjust based on the weather. During the winter months, we may require the purchase of a heat pack and insulation upgrade for certain regions.
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes! We guarantee live arrival when Overnight Shipping is selected at checkout. If you choose a slower service (such as 2–3 days or ground), we’ll still pack with care, but we can’t guarantee against the carrier
delays, temperature swings, or extended transit times.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our greenhouse in Houston, Texas.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Houston‑area customers can pick up by appointment. Choose “Local Pickup” during Check out and we’ll message you with details.
How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. We recommend signing up for USPS or UPS text/email alerts — they sometimes refresh delayed scans.
What if my package is delayed or damaged in transit?
We pack carefully with secure wrapping and insulation, but once a package is in transit, we rely on the carrier. If your plant is delayed or arrives stressed, message us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll always review your situation and do our best to help — especially when
Overnight Shipping was used.
Plant Care
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Unbox gently and let your plant adjust for a few days. Avoid repotting right away. Give it bright, indirect light and water only if the soil feels dry.
Is it normal if my plant looks a little droopy or yellow after shipping?
Yes! Shipping can be stressful. With warmth, humidity, and patience, most plants recover beautifully within a week or two.
How can I help my new plant bounce back?
Humidity helps — especially for tropical species. Mist occasionally or place your plant near a humidifier while it settles.
When should I report an issue with my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if something seems off. After that
window, we can’t guarantee the condition, since care and environment may change

Replacements, Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Because live plants are perishable, we don’t accept returns once an order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final once placed. If you need to update your shipping address, Contact us as soon as possible before we ship.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes — if something went wrong on our end or during shipping, that we could have
prevented, we’ll review and send a replacement when appropriate.
What if I received the wrong plant?
Please message us with your order number and a photo. Mistakes are rare, but we’ll
make it right quickly.
