Thank you for shopping with Plantasmic! We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping each plant so it arrives healthy and ready to thrive.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment (Mon–Fri; excludes weekends/holidays).
• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, import restocks), processing may take slightly longer.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is ready to go.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, box size, and carrier.
• We primarily ship via UPS and USPS, with options for Ground, 2‑Day, and Overnight.
• We strongly recommend Overnight for sensitive/high-value plants — and it’s required for our guarantee.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (OVERNIGHT ONLY)
We want every plant to arrive safe and healthy.
• Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to Overnight shipments.
• If your Overnight order arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and plant.
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit if the issue occurred in transit or on our end.
COLD & HEAT PROTECTION
• In winter, some destinations will require a heat pack and insulation upgrade.
• In extreme heat, we may delay shipping or require faster service to protect plants.
• Orders shipped without recommended protection are not covered by the guarantee.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• Tracking details are emailed when your label is created; allow 24–48 hours for scans to update.
• Consider enrolling in UPS/USPS text or email alerts for real-time updates.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues beyond our control.
• If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly.
• For damage on arrival, email us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist with a fair resolution (and file a claim if applicable).
ADDRESS CHANGES
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• To request a change, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes aren’t guaranteed once a label is printed or a package has shipped.
